I am trying to load my data using the mobile application, but as soon as I click on load the entire application is closed. Is there any other way to obtain my data?

Hey Lina! You might want to try and upload some individual points one by one. What can happen sometimes we have noticed is that if one data point is corrupted it can spoil it for the whole bunch when you try and upload them all at once. Try this with a few points and let me know how it goes.

Hi Sean,

Thanx for your attention. I tried to upload some individual points one by one but as soon as I clicked on the upload button my apps closes. There is anything else I can do?

Hi Sean and Lina, I have exactly the same problem. Has one of you found a solution? (I have the newest version of the app, enough storage, a good wifi connection, restarted the app and phone, and logged out and in again. However that was all to no avail.) Kind regards, Chris

Have you tried uploading a couple different data points individually (not just the most recent data point)?

Yes, I tried it with various data points. I only need to upload data from yesterday. During the measurements yesterday, I had at times a wifi connection. All those data points were added to the cloud without problems.

Hi Chris and Dan,

I tried all the possibilities available and it wasn't possible to upload those points. Do you find any solution? I really need to use that information and I don't want to have to write each point in excel.
