Lack of absorbance 420 values

I have a question about values of absorbance - sometimes Multispeq does not record values of absorbance 420, especially in Dicotyledones (but never in grasses). What causes such behavior ?

Hey Wojciech,

The absorbance_420 parameter is a very fine window for it being accepted. If it falls outside our accepted range (500+ is accepted) we do not display it. We could maybe add a message in that field that the signal was too low.
