How to save raw data from the website

QUESTION (Rodrigo): I want to save raw fluorescence data in my computer as a .csv file to work with it in excel. I do it with measurements saved in the app notebook without a problem, those measurements are taken using a protocol directly from the chrome app (not in a project). I was wondering if with data saved in a project I can do the same. I mean, can I save saved the full fluorescence data of each measurement in a project as a .csv file?

ANSWER (Greg): Yes, you should be able to do that but you can't currently. But! With a bit more work you can access all of the data by going to the "raw data" tab on the upper left hand side in the single datum view (when you click on an individual data point, either in the graph or in the spreadsheet view). You can see the view in the image below, and the tab. There you can copy and paste into excel, using the commas to separate between cells. That's what I do.

If I understood correctly "data_raw" include all the data sush as Fo, Fm, Fs, etc. I have questions. As you will know (for example) that "Fo" it is from 1-52 etc?? And another question. Can i read these date from Arduino IDE or environment date? Thanks.

Yep, you're right - that's where Fs Fo etc. all come from. If you walk through the macro associated with each protocol you can see exactly which parts.

You can run these protocols directly from the Arduino IDE, yes. Just copy out the protocol. If it's a really long one you may need to strip out the carriage returns (\n) and spaces (I copy it into an editor called Geany which allows me to do this). Open Arduino IDE serial monitor with the device connected to the USB port and paste it in. You can see the raw JSON right there in the terminal.

But there is a terminal in the chrome app also. If you go to the 'settings' tab and click on 'console', you can communicate with the device just like in the Arduino terminal. You can copy paste the protocol in there also.

I saw protocol " ". You calculate qI and qE. Can I thinking that FoPrime1 - is "Fo" but not "FoPrime"; reg1 is Fm but not "FmPrime.
Also i want chenged "pulses" in protocol (from 2 to 5, 10 minutes) and looking how long of time need for relaxation photosystems.
